Hey EVM,

Some comments on your builds:

I think I'd prefer Sentinel's Gift and the Embrace upgrade over Benevolence and whichever upgrade you choose from that. Bene I think is better for Supps that don't otherwise provide any direct healing to their ADCs, and that's not the case for Aphro. And as she's going to be in the middle of her team in any fight, the Embrace upgrade just seems like it would provide the best general utility. That said, against a very CC-heavy team, I can see Heroism having some appeal.
Your "Damage Support" build uses Sands of Time ( Pendulum of Ages). It also uses Warlock's Staff. Both of these are pretty big no-nos. Not going with a Supp starter (at least in Conquest) is going to put you way behind in farm...that is, unless you're actually, actively trying to steal last-hits from your ADC to help stack Warlock's. Don't do that as Supp.
Gladiator's Shield isn't a good item for Aphro. While yes it has some CDR, prots and health, the bonus damage you're getting from this isn't worth IMO. Only 2 of your 4 abilities deal damage, and some of the time, you're going to use Love Birds outside of combat (or at least not directed at an enemy) so you can heal your teammates up.

Same for Spear of Desolation and Rod of Tahuti. Your heals no longer scale off of magical power, so there's just no reason to get Tahuti even if you're looking to provide extra damage. If you want to contribute to damage potential, keep it in the theme and go with Ethereal Staff instead, stealing some health from enemies and giving it to yourself to make yourself tankier.
Gauntlet of Thebes requires stacking. While you can technically get stacks any time, it's a very strong supp item and is usually best built earlier to get those stacks online ASAP. You have it built as 3rd main item in your examples, which is IMO too late.
Fae-Blessed Hoops isn't that strong of an item right now. Sure it provides a lot of nice stats but the passive is sort of meh. I would personally go for other items.
Pestilence and Contagion are currently in weaker states, and they require you to be in aura range of the enemy. While Aphro will be tanky in this role, she's also not a front-line Supp so you won't get use out of the aura as much as other supps. While there may be situations where these items will provide good utility, I'm not sure I would invest into them regularly. I would put them in your "extra" (situational) items area rather than a part of a main build. If you need anti-heal, I would probably suggest Divine Ruin as a single damage-focused item, because it's easy to apply with her 2 when your linked teammate is fighting them.
