Notes Instead of going for crit items you could also cook up something with more atk speed, Executioner, Silverbranch, (???)

What is special and useful in this build is mostly building Crimson Claws which can save you in close 1v1 situations, especially if you keep up with farming camps and minions granting you a good shield to engage in combat with. It kinda makes up for Artemis' lack of blink/dash etc.

I don't know that I would recommend 3x lifesteal items (Cowl, Devo's, Claws). Easy to counter with anti-heal.

Since you're going crit, you could consider . In place of one of the lifesteal items, you should get more pen. is the most popular right now, especially for the glyphs, but you could also consider since you're quite reliant on basic attacks and it goes well with the % pen from Demon and Fail-Not.

Thanks for looking into this! I changed the build based on your suggestions, however I don't know if dropping Devo is the way to go. My intent with this build was to have the Crimson Claws because of the Atk speed, Shield and Lifesteal which seems especially useful when matched up against people in my skill level (pretty low lol)

No, if I were to drop a lifesteal item, I would drop Crimson rather than Devo's. I would consider Ornate, Devo's, Exe, Fail, Deathbringer, Demon/Dom probably.
