Poseidon is the god of the sea and protector of all aquatic features.

Brother of Zeus and Hades, after the overthrow of their father, Cronus, he drew lots with them to share the universe. He ended up becoming lord of the sea. He was widely worshipped by seamen. He married Amphitrite, one of the granddaughters of the Titan Oceanus.
At one point he desired Demeter. To deter him, Demeter asked him to make the most beautiful animal that the world had ever seen. So, in an effort to impress her, Poseidon created the first horse. In some accounts, his first attempts were unsuccessful and created a variety of other animals in his quest; thus, by the time the horse was created, his passion for Demeter had diminished.
His weapon was a trident, with which he could make the earth shake, causing earthquakes, and shatter any object. He was second to Zeus in power amongst the gods. He was considered by Greeks to have a difficult quarrelsome personality. Combined with his greed, he had a series of disputes with other gods during his various attempts to take over the cities they were patrons of.
Poseidon Is also called Neptune.

I feel that this build lacks the proper penetration needed to handle a warrior or guardian,i would make spear of desolation optional, switching it out for obsidian shard for more tanky teams. Generally when i play Poseidon i go 30% cooldown and try to maintain a constant mana buff, that way i have insane cooldowns on all my abilities, by the time i am done with trident everything is reset, just a thought.

Thanks bizz435! I will definitely get this build updated. It will have a full update like my Sun Wukong, Artemis, and Anubis builds. Thanks again :D

I don't really care .The build is for me a casual player. Go tell your "cool" story elsewhere bro

Constructive criticism. Ever hear of that? Ask how you could improve your guide next time instead of being rude for no damn reason. Thats just ridiculous...

To be honest it's not that great of a build. The max items you have is 6 and in the late game you want to switch out your starter for another item. Poesdion can use pen very well, but I feel there isn't enough power items to make full use of it. Also the relics you have on him are not used effectively for a Mage in the mid you want cc or damage immunity to help you escape more easily as Poseidon lacks a good escape. To put it nicely as I can, the build can use some work but it's fine for you first guide on here.

You don't like it? Good! Don't use it jackass. Nobody is forcing you to use it.
