Lag spike help!

I always have lag in my game and I don't know why I just defragged my disc, cleaned my computer, and toned down all my graphics. It can't be my internet cause I am using Comcast and on speedtest I got this... Ping: 12ms Download Speed: 61.11mbps Upload Speed: 11.67mbps

I follow a tutorial on Youtube to stop lag in game but I get the same amount of lag. So I was wondering if there is something that is possible that I can do to not get lag spikes or to tone them down so I can at least play with the lag spike. The lag spikes make me lose a couple levels on the person I am facing and have caused most my loses. If you can help that would be nice. Thank you :)

SmiteFire & Smite
