Alright, Samurai, this one's just not even focused on Freya's strengths, and the order is way off.
  • Sac Shroud is potentially fine for higher lifesteal, but in Arena, having your abilities up more often is also helpful. You can consider Sands and either upgrade, or you can look at Conduit -> Focus.

  • Typhon's Fang is an awful first item. You shouldn't need the % pen that early. It also functions greater off of more lifesteal, so is often the 2nd lifesteal item picked up (not usually including Shroud in its starter form). I would strongly recommend picking it up at least mid-build, if not later. But look, you have another lifesteal item in your build. Bancroft's, that you can slot in before Typhon's! But wait...why the heck is it not Nimble?!?

  • Charon's Coin and Doom Orb are great overall items, but are typically much better for ability-based gods.

  • Which leads to the main question of the entire build. Do you not realize what Freya's kit does? Yes, she's a mage. No, she's not a nuker. She's a basic attacker. Why then do you only have 1 attack speed item (Cyclopean)? In all honesty, Freya should be one of the easiest gods to build. You're looking to get high AS (the rest of the ring tree), she wants some good pen, lifesteal can help, and mobility is also helpful. Her core items include things like Demonic Grip, Hastened Fatalis, etc.
Here's the entire list of the items you should be considering:

- Starter Options: Vampiric Shroud ( Sacrificial Shroud), Sands of Time (either upgrade), Conduit Gem ( Gem of Focus)
- Ring Tree: Telkhines Ring, Cyclopean Ring, Demonic Grip, Ring of Hecate
- Hastened Fatalis
- Lifesteal Items: (Telkhines as previously mentioned in the ring tree), (Vampiric / Sac Shroud as previously mentioned), Bancroft's Talon ( Nimble Bancroft's Talon), Typhon's Fang
- Optional/Situational: Rod of Tahuti ( Perfected Rod of Tahuti), Rejuvenating Heart (interesting team effect if you go hard into lifesteal), Magi's Cloak (probably into Magi's Revenge), very situational defense in the case of very high enemy CC).

You shouldn't need to consider any other items for the most part. You don't need to worry about anti-heal like Divine Ruin because you should blast through any healing most enemies can do.

I'm all for people learning how to build, and if you're using these builds you've created to get feedback and learn, that's fine, but at this point with the builds being proposed, I strongly recommend taking a look at other builds here to get an idea of proper builds, use them in game (especially against anything you've played with) and see how it feels in comparison.
