Hi Everyone! That's my first Guide, hope you enjoy!
Rama's the seventh of Vishnu's Avatar. Vishnu's the Hindu Main God.. he's the creator and maintainer of all and Rama is his latest, most improved form. That is: He's OP as Hell.
In this Guide I'm going to show you my build for the God, who's a protector of the weak and slaughterer of the heinous.
First of all, let's see what we can infer just by looking at him, take a look:
So he's a blue god with a bow. Being blue, he kinda looks like he would be a magical creature with magical abilities but NO! All his damage comes from his bow, so a Physical Damage. Also, we don't need to think that much to know that he is a Ranged God. Being Ranged, Rama can deal damage without taking barely any, and this is going to be crucial for farming, and for the sake of our Guide, healing.
The point of this Guide is to create a Rama which is POWERFUL, FAST and REGENERATIVE at the same time. That's because you'll get really (REAALLY) squishy (that is if you look only at his max health). So now let's jump into his skills
Astral Quiver: That is Rama's Passive. You have a Quiver of FIVE very powerful arrows which regen over time. Cooldown for it is 14s/arrow, but each attack you land in any kind of enemy will reduce the Cooldown by 2s. Remember that!
Astral Arrow: #1, these are the five arrows of your Astral Quiver. Rama can change his attacks from Basic Poke arrows to Astral arrows at any time, with a pifious cooldown between a change and another. You up this one and your Astral Arrows can do a whole lot of damage. This is the second skill we're gonna full in the game.
Pick me Up: Who doesn't like having combo skills? This skill has a Passive and an Active part. The passive gives you a chance to recharge your Astral Quiver with the Astral Arrows you land in enemies. Now the Active part is the one you really want to use. It gives you improved Attack Speed for 5s, which if you're good at aiming ranged attacks can be quite deadly. Also, if you hit [2] and then [1], the Astral Arrows do NOT cancel Pick me Up's Active. That means that you can be Deadly AND Fast. That is the first skill we're gonna full in the game, since it is your basic farm skill
Rolling Assault: That is a dash. Plain simple, is used for ganks and escapes. You also gain a bigger, "baddasser" arrow that you can combine with an Astral Arrow for massive damage, but in this Guide it is much more likely you'll use it to roll sideways or back, once you'll want to stay as much in the front for killing (last hitting) minions after you've finished Devourer's Gauntlet
Astral Barrage: Fly above your enemie's heads and land 3 powerful strikes raising in power and decreasing in Area of Effect. The first is kinda "meh", but it is fantastic for doing some damage to a large group of enemies. The second is a lil' bit stronger, good for small groups. The third is devastating and if you can predict where your enemy is gonna be when it lands it's perfect for a gank at the other side of the lane.
Now, to the items we go!
First of all, let's look at your Core Items:
Devourer's Gauntlet: Fantastic Item for any Physical Power character. Gives you 10% Lifesteal, 30 Physical Power and has a passive! Its passive grants you .5 of Physical Power and .25% of Lifesteal for every stack it has. You earn 5 stacks for killing a God and 1 stack for killing a Minion. Max Stacks is 60. With 60 Stacks, it becomes a massive 25% Lifesteal/60 Physical Power item, but you need to farm to get it, so that's why I usually do it First (It's not even Thaaat exepensive LoL). Using only this item, you're already able to solo jungle monsters for buffs at level 1, which is quite impressive.
Qin's Sais: More Physical Power and Attack Speed will create a DEADLY and FAST God. Qin's Sais is just about that. Impressive 25% Attack Speed and 30 Physical Power will get you, alongside Devourer's Gauntlet, not only the might to make your enemies into pieces but will also give you sustain enough for you to not return base that soon. Also, when fighting enemy Gods, it will also give you a damage buff of 5% your enemie's health.
The Executioner More 30 Physical Power and another 25% Attack Speed. I pick this one for these stats obviously but mostly for its passive. The Executioner's passive will make you a lot more OP alongside Qin's Sais for while the second gives you Extra Damage, the first will reduce the enemie's Physical Protection.
Nothing says "I'm gonna shatter your skull with my arrow" better than Deathbringer.
More Physical Power (50) and a high Crit Chance (20%). Also, its passive makes your critical 50% stronger. Using this along all the other Core Items will make you deal ****loads of damage and thus regenerating ****loads of health.
Now, to look at some items I've put there:
Asi: Asi is another fantastic item for Rama. Grants you a lil bit of everything - 15% Lifesteal, 30% Attack Speed, 15 Physical Penetration. Quite fair and one of my items of choice for him.
Witchblade: It is a defensive item that also buffs your offense side. Witchblade will grant you 45 Physical Protection and 15% Attack Speed while mitigating your enemie's Attack Speed.
Runic Shield: For Magical Protection and Physical Power. For when you're taking a beat from someone like Zeus, Ra or Hades
Void Shield: 50 Physical Protection and 25 Physical Power, it is a very nice item for defending against another Rama or other Physical Power Gods
Bloodforge: If your motto is "Kill'em before they kill you", Bloodforge might be your weapon of choice. More Lifesteal and Physical Power, with a Passive granting you more of both. Simple overkill.
PROS:
He is POWERFUL
He is FAST
He sustains loads of Damage
CONS:
You need to master Ranged Aiming, or else he's gonna be squishy
Needs to go dozens of times to the base
As we saw, the guide is about being Regenerative, Powerful and Fast. For that, first item you want to build is Devourer's Gauntlet. After that, you'll have to build stacks into it, so farming is extremely important.
Also, the first item you'll build is a Lifesteal item so a good jungle buff to Rama is the Speed Buff. In early game, you'll use it to get the last hits you need and carrying your lane. In mid game, where you'll already have some attack speed items, it'll turn you into an arrow machine-gun.
Also, another good buff is the Mana Buff, since we don't have MP5, and while this is not directly deadly, it is quite annoying and deadly for others, as you'll need to recall with a certain frequence.
Hope you'll Upvote this Guide and unleash the Devil inside the God!
Many thanks and seeya smitin' around!

I also can't get if it's a build or a guide but for it to be a guide you miss temwork and gameplay. Also your summary isn't what paragraphs are in it. this is auto made under the build.
now the guide itself in your items tab you forgot to explain the shoes.
the skill sequence:
your prio is wrong. his 2 isn't his farming tool but his 1 is. his 1 is also a decent poke going through the minions for easy hitting other gods in them. after his 1 you normally go for his 3 for the shorter cooldown and the bonus damage.
the build:
I agree little with this one. The core items I only agree with Deathbringer and devourers gauntlet the other 2 are more situational your third and last item for the core are the boots. That's the core most of the time it's 3 items max. Also for an adc a Rage Deathbringer or Malice deatbringer combo is a must (unless it's an apc and rama isn't IMO)
well you take ninja I question why you have 1 toggle ability that isn't affected by cooldown so IMO your better of with warrior's.
Your actives. I don't recommend to take a Teleport to Gods. You got combat blink and 1 item that almost everyone uses and most adc are Purification Beads because as adc when you get stunned your death.
your pro & cons tab isn't a really good one. He is fast he is powerfull etc you can put that on more gods.
Also normally you won't get the speed buff but the blue buff the speed buff is mostly used by the jungle (and red by the mage)
And now the BBcoding well I see none other then pictures of the abilities. these pictures should be icons and I really miss the important brackets (in this review you see the effect)
hope you improve your guide. if you think I'm wrong about something tell me why.
