Why is this item never used on bruisers. I think a Hades/zhoung kui or something like a sobek solo would benfit from this item but its barley purchaed

probably because compared to other max tier 2 items it doesn't have any passive.

it's also a fairly expensive tier 2 item. for only 400-600 gold you can get a tier 3 item in the same tree which has more stats and a passive.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
