so i bought the "jack the reaper" skin for thanatos yesterday, but i can't use it.
the buy button is gone, my gems are used for it, but it says it's still locked and so i cant pick it in god select.
if there is anyone knowing how to solve this i would be so happy!

I thought that you couldn't buy jack the reaper anymore since it is limited skin for haloween 2013. Send a support ticket to hi rez

strange that the buy button is still working on it then and too bad i cant buy it.

ive sent a ticket and hope they will return my gems and more for excuse them.

not to burst your bubble but you could have thought of the fact that its a halloween skin and it would only be available on halloween.

your Tx hirez is partially right but they have a lot bigger probleme's then people not thinking about things before buying a skin.

Actually it should not be available for buying as the christmas skins are not. I thought of buying the christmas fenrir skin but i dont have the buy option available. But i had bought jack the reaper on halloween so i can use it, so i cant see whether its available for purchase or not. So well all i can do is hope for you people to get a refund for your gems, as i dont think they will let you guys use the skin.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
