The build explained

With the new passive of Artemis we could have a slightly diffrent build in our hands.

But first a little explaining on the secondary build:
Its focused on dropping the enemy movement on such way that you move faster while shooting than they do moving towards you. This is great for trolling or chasing enemies! Also when you drop out of attacking you'll move faster towards them so you can keep chasing!

On to the full damage build:

Explaining the items:
Devourer's Gauntlet
Great sustain overal the entire game due to lifesteal and a good amount of damage.

Bumba's Mask
I chose this item over warrior tabi simply becouse it has more movement, boosting you up from 365 to 486 movement speed which is ALOT for a hunter like Artemis. Be aware the negative side of this item. You gain an increased damage intake and a decrease output. What effect will it have endgame? In endgame this item does not give you damage but actually takes away 10-20 damage depending on active buffs. The only upside is the cooldown reduction and the movement. This is why i remove this one in endgame for Warrior Tabi.

Poison Star
This is one of your main DPS items, it may not seem like it but when it does a critical hit you place a debuff on your enemy. This debuf allows your passive to deal more damage to the enemy. This also triggers Runeforged Hammer which enables you to deal another 15% more damage.

Deathbringer
To compliment Poison star you need a little bit more Critical Chance and the passive, +30% critical damage increase is really good too. With both passives from Artemis and Runeforged Hammer this damage will get pretty high.

Runeforged Hammer
Like earlier explained this item gives you an extra 15% damage. If i were to look at the end build you would gain about 50 extra damage per hit when Poison star is triggered on the enemy. Meaning this item does not have 40 physical damage but nearly 90!!!

Executioner
Every damage dealer needs some kind of penetration and this is what i use for it.
This enables me to deal more damage to enemy tanks.

(Replacement for Executioner)
Added later.

Warrior tabi.
like explained earlier Bumba's Mask actually drops a radical amount of damage in late game but is perfect for evasions due to the high movement.
Why didn't i choose Ninja? With ninja i end up going over the attack speed cap which i dislike.
With warrior i get a decent amount of damage and don't go over the attack speed cap.

I don't understand the Rangda's Mask. Just keep Warrior Tabi lategame.

You might be overrating Runeforged Hammer.

No i am not overrating runeforged hammer.
I've tried in jungle practice and ingame.
Damage with Qin's Sais = 550ish +40 damage(HP)
Damage with Runeforged Hammer = 655

I think you mean Bumba's Mask, Kriega; Art can't build rangda's.

Thank you for the feedback. And yes you might be right.
Late game warrior must be build and Bumba's mask might be an annoying pick with lower damage. But yet it has the escape artemis needs. Ofc you can build warrior from the batch.
