The only thing i can think of is maybe not using since the patch is coming next week. I don't know how it wouldn't be until then. I figure that atalanta's will be somewhat of a replacement for it(not having the same level of pen but letting you stick to targets more and pepper them more)
adding 20% pen
removing 10% movement
kills or assists on enemy god give Atalanta's Agility for 10s. increases AS 20%, decreases movement penalty for attacking, backpedaling and strafing by 50%
strafing penalty from 80% to 90%
backpedaling from 60% to 80%
melee basic attacking from 65% to 82.5%
ranged basic attacking from 50% to 75%
I was wondering with the change to exe if it now might become the first pen item picked up in some situations and then paired with a later atalanta's or something else? My initial thought process was that it was just obsolete but then i thought maybe it could work instead of
I just watched the video..the nerfs are not that bad, unless there is another video in addition to this one. a 5 point reduction in physical power, the movement speed penalty for the strafing, backpedaling, and attacking was decreased to a 40% reduction from a 50% reduction. The cost has also been raised from 2200 to 2450. That i guess would be significant in your normal modes, but for me in arena I don't feel like it will affect me much. Also, he echoed thoughts i have had that atalanta's will take the place of executioner.

serrated edge has also recieved a nerf. It is still 2400 but physical power was nerfed from 40 to 30.
