Light starts to emanate from Ra, stacking a Slow every .5s on enemies near him, and twice as fast on enemies facing him. After 2s, the light detonates, doing damage, applying another Slow stack, and increasing the Slow duration. Any enemies facing Ra at the time of the explosion are also blinded. Additionally, Ra cleanses himself of Slows and becomes immune to Slows for 0.6s when activated.

I see two things that I'd consider poor. One of them is that you don't need gem of isolation, replace it with Chronos Pendant. And 2 is that, unless you plan on being of no use in early team battles, having a stack item like Book of Thoth so late is bad. In order to get the 50 stacks necessary to max out the item, you'd have to stay in lane and focus on killing minions. Personally, I would want to get in there and help my team out with the heals. This build would work really well if your team didn't need you in the early battles though. (Ex: A fed player on your team is in the battle) And now that I look at it again, you should level your 3 up more early on. I do like the lifesteal at the end though. Great if you're up against melee gods.

You never go celestial beam on ra first, its always solar blessing, you always clear the firs creep wave faster with solar blessing over you melee minions. Plus you dont really need gem due to divine light not only slowing but also blinding and stacking the slow more, so you should have no hard time hitting them.
