I'll still be around the site, but probably not as much as in recent weeks. Just a heads up to those that play with me or see me around.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

I personally am thinking of majoring comp sci and minoring in business or vice versa. Any suggestions on some programs in this area of field for my next summer (tristate/Northeast)?
Good luck and have fun! Don't get wasted at those parties bruh
zilby you are not the only one who is expending his friends I have found several too.
Does your college has a Internet cafe? If so we should have a game. My classes go from 10:00 am to 12:15 pm central time, and luckily for me Joliet Junior College has a Internet cafe.
I mean, there's internet in the dorms and such so I'll be able to play, I just don't know if I'll have time until late september.
@Sub, it's Northeastern University in Boston. I'm majoring in computer science (which I actually have a fair amount of experience with since my high school gave me three years of classes in it and because I completed an introduction level college course at Carnegie Mellon over the summer last year, so I'm relatively positive I'm going to stick with this major ^^).
Currently I have a focus on Game design and development, as I've always had an interest in the creation of video games and have programmed some basic ones myself in python, java, etc. (And before you even go into it, I know that the gaming industry often terribly mistreats its employees and I have done research into the industry itself; it's got problems).
My main draw to Northeastern was that it has a great co-op program that allows you to spend semester working at a company from the college's network of partnerships, or any other company that will agree to host a co-op. Unlike an internship, you're actually there for long enough to get really involved in serious work rather than just being left with busywork and gain some real life experience, as well as building a resume for once you come out in the job market. On top of that, they have a practically non-existent core curriculum meaning I'm able to take two CS courses and a game design course my first semester, with my other two courses being a CS related math course and a required psychology course. This combined with the culture, gorgeous campus and great location was why I chose it over some more highly rated schools I got into like University of Michigan and RPI.
Its mascot is also a Husky which is awesome :3
Also good luck to you I hope you don't have a hard goal (I need to get at least 51 out of the 60 study points to dodge negative advice or getting kicked from the study)
