The Beast of Gévaudan terrorized the French region of Gévaudant for nearly 3 years.
Described as larger than a wolf, it used to tear its prey apart.
Terrorizing entire villages, the beast was hunted by a number of hunters who did not always come back alive.
Its devastation was so important that the royal guard was mobilized for its pursuit.

The beast of Gévaudant is a popular legend in France and Europe.
Hi-Rez's desire to include more and more Pantheons and Gods from legends pushed me to develop the idea.
Given its devastating impact, the beast struck me as perfect for the Halloween contest.
How to play ? Strengths and weaknesses.
The Beast is an assassin specializing in stalking single targets, however it has tools to avoid group fights and escape when the going is tense.
However, the moments of stalking, by its passive or by its second skill warn the enemies of its presence and make the beast more vulnerable.
It is above all in its conception a late game god. Eliminating targets far from the group at critical moments.
