God Title

Her Father Boreas,god of the north wind sought the attention of her mother, Oreithyia, goddess of cold mountain winds after failing to swoon her he kidnapped her as she danced on the banks of the Ilissos. Chinoe was lusted after by Apollo and Hermes, and they had their way with her and she had children she never wanted.

Chinoe is ready to unleash her freezing wrath on her enemies but also knows the importance of being helpful. The gods will feel her wrath for their actions.

Passive Ability

Chill Temper
Chinoe is either feeling generous or harsh depending on how much damage her or her team has taken or how little combat has happened within 70 units of her. She gains stacks of Chill when herself and/or nearby allies are only taking damage from non god sources or not taking damage. She gains stacks of Harsh, when herself and/or nearby allies are taking damage from gods. At maximum stacks, her abilities change adding additional effects and she gains a stat while this 'feeling stance' is maintained. Chill and Harsh Stacks last 10seconds each, fading one by one every 2seconds if no longer satisfying the conditions for that stack type.

Primary Abilities

Snow Sprinkles
She swings her open hands in front of her, sprinkling snow in 2 cones in front of her dealing damage every .5seconds for 3 seconds. Both hits starting from opposite sides and meeting in the middle, where targets hit have their attack speed and movement speed reduced for a short duration. If a target is hit by both parts of this ability, the duration of the effect and damage over time is refreshed. Think of this ability like Chang'e 1 but a longer range, slower to cast and has 2 areas of effect that start at slightly different points.
Damage per tick: 15/25/35/45/55 +12.5% of magical power
Attack speed slow: 10/15/20/25/30% for 4 seconds
Movement speed slow: 15/15/20/20/25% for 2 seconds
Harsh effect: Enemies hit by this ability take 6/7/8/9/10% damage for 3seconds from any of Chinoe's other abilities
Chill effect: Aallies that pass through this ability heal mana and Chinoe heals mana based on how many allies that heal mana.

Hard Frost
Chinoe freezes water in the air before gaining 3 Icicle shots. Each shot deals damage and knocks back targets a very small distance, consecutive hits on the same target increase the damage per shot by +15% or (100%/115%/130% and 3 consecutive shots on the same target will stun them for a brief period of time.
Damage per Icicle: 40/55/70/85/110 +40% of magical power
Knockback distance per shot: 3
Stun duration: 1second
Range:60 Width: 4
Harsh effect: Icicles now deal aoe damage in a radius of 17.5 after hitting a target.
Chill effect: Minions, Jungle camps and Jungle bosses deal 10% less damage for 2seconds

Cooldown: 12 seconds

Chilling Gust
Summoning a cold jetstream at the target location, Chinoe and her allies that go through it gain movement speed inside it and for a short duration outside, Enemies that enter the Jetstream take damage every .4 seconds for 4 seconds.
Damage per tick: 8/16/24/32/40 +9% of magical power
Movement speed: 11/12/13/14/15% and for 6 seconds after leaving this ability
Harsh effect: Enenemy gods in this ability have their power and movement speed reduced. Power reduction: 10/12/14/16/18% Slow: 10/15/20/25/30%
Chill effect: +5% movement speed at all ranks of this ability

Ultimate Abilities

Avalanche
Chinoe conjures up tremendous amounts of snow and then drops it at the target location dealing damage in an area along with stunning targets in the center along with slowing and trembling targets on the outer ring of this ability.
Damage: 150/225/300/375/450 +110% of magical power
Stun: 1.5 seconds
30% slow and tremble for 2seconds
Harsh effect: +75/100/125/150/175 magical damage
Chill effect: Jungle bosses take +12/14/16/18/20% damage from Chinoe for 4 seconds
Center/Stun radius: 17.5
Outer radius edge: 35

Cooldown: 110/105/100/95/90 seconds
Mana: 80/90/100/110/120

Play style

Chinoe is at her core a control-oriented mage that adapts to her current circumstances around herself and teammates. She brings great utility with her abilities by means of space control and crowd control but also with jungle bosses and camps, helping her team secure important objectives. Good Chinoe players play around her passive, holding onto her abilities or firing away in a fight and they will be rewarded greatly when using their abilities wisely. With her good space control and cc she can set the pace of a game and set the pace of the fights. She is not without weaknesses, she doesn't have a fast escape ability, she has no natural cc immunity and her damage is overtime or usually single target. She only can apply her best hard cc to a single target as well.
