Circe

The Goddess of Sorcery

She has great control of team fights, can be played both in mid and solo, has high burst damage, medium CC and two versions of basic attacks.
Lacks of mobility since her escape is low ranged.

Passive Ability

Circe's curse
Circe stars the game with 10 stacks of this ability, summoning all the unlucky she cursed under form of animals:tigers, wolfs and pigs. they attack and become vulenable only when Circe gets hit by a god or a minion,the target can't be chosen, they do 5+2 per Circe's level +3% of her magical power.
When all the animals are killed, she can regain them by killing minions: one stack per two minions killed, up to ten
When her 10 stacks are active her basic attack becomes a tick damage beam, can go through minions but not gods.
Her basic attack chain is 1,1,1.2 Her weapon is a fifty centimer long staff
Tick damage is .90 of her basic attack damage.
Note:the tick damage isn't affected by attack speed, but can be affected by bonus damage such as Telkhines Ring

Primary Abilities

Magic blasts
Circe fires a chain of 6/7/8/9/10 purple magic blasts from her wand, each dealing 20/40/60/80/100 +13% of her magical power 13 sec cooldown.
She's immune to knockups during the casting.
Each blast hit will heal Circe for 10/20/30/40/50 +10% of her magical power

Circe's trap
Circe uses her magic to manipolate the mind of her opponents around her, creating illusions.
When using this ability:
If Circe's healt bar is low, it will show high to enemy gods.
If Circe healt bar is high, it will show low to enemy gods.

If there any destroyed tower of phonenix, they will be returning to enemy gods, as an illusion.
The effects persist for 10/15/20/25/30 seconds.

The radius is 15/20/25/30/35 meters.
When an enemy god effected by this ability's radius damages Circe, they will take 100/150/200/250/300 +40% of her magical power.

Circe gains 10/15/20/25/30% movement speed if a god is damaged by this ability
Note:the radius is only for the damage, the trap affects every enemy gods alive or not.

Magic swiftness
Circe teleports forward in a short distance, after, she makes a turn creating a purple magic ring around her, the ring will slow all enemies and after 0.60 second it will explode, poisoning enemies hit.
Enemies hit by the poison will have their sight reduced and distorted and become deaf for the duration.
Ring slow 10/15/20/25/30%
Ring damage 90/140/190/240/290 +45% of her magical power
Poison duration 3/6/9/12/15 seconds

Ultimate Abilities

Circe's fury
Circe releases her fury swinging her wand 5 times, enemies hit become animals, then Circe rises to the sky, summoning a purple blast to a target location, if enemies hit are affected by any of Circe's tricks they will take 40% more damage.The blast will leave a marked space on the ground, filled with purple fires, enemies that will walk in there take tick damage and get marked, the mark lasts for 120 seconds and if they're damaged by Circe during this time they'll become animals.
Wand swings damage 60/100/140/180/220 +40% of her magical power.
Blast damage 100/200/300/400/500 +40% of her magical power
Tick damage: 10/20/30/40/50 + 10% of her magical power.

Animal trasformation duration: 1,5 seconds.
Blast radius: 5 meters
