Julius Caesar

The Conqueror of Empires

Julius Caesar, the man who led Rome from a republic to an empire, is known not only for his military skills but also for his political cunning and boundless ambition. After conquering Gaul and emerging victorious in the civil war, Caesar became the perpetual dictator of Rome. Yet his thirst for power did not stop there. At his greatest moment of glory, the gods, fearing that Caesar would aspire to divinity, intervened, cutting off his earthly life with a brutal assassination in the Senate. But even death could not contain the spirit of a man who had already decided his fate.

In his passage to the afterlife, Caesar did not find the eternal peace that others might have desired. Instead, his burning ambition and desire for conquest attracted the attention of the conflicting gods. Recognizing his talent and determination, the gods offered him an opportunity: to join them on the battlefield, not as a mere mortal, but as a divine combatant. Caesar accepted without hesitation, seeing in this challenge the possibility of expanding his empire beyond the borders of the mortal world, carrying the banner of Rome to heaven and beyond. Now, with sword in hand and strategy in mind, Julius Caesar marches toward war between the gods, determined to conquer even eternity.

Passive Ability

A Empire In Expanding
Each time Julius Caesar’s team destroys an enemy structure (tower, phoenix, etc.), it gains a permanent buff that increases its maximum health and attack strength. This buff builds up, reflecting the expansion of the Roman empire under his command.

Maximum Health Buff: +3% for destroyed structure
Attack Force Buff: +2% for destroyed structure
The Immortal Empire
Julius Caesar gains enhanced health regeneration (HP5) based on the number of nearby enemies (gods and minions). This improvement reflects his determination not to give way in battle, inspired by the idea of maintaining and expanding his empire.

Effect: 5/10/15/20/25 HP5 for each nearby enemy (god or subject) within a radius of 30 units.
Maximum HP5 gained: 15/30/45/60/75 (when surrounded by multiple enemies).

1
Tactics of the Legion
Julius Caesar summons a legion formation that advances in a straight line forward, blocking the passage of enemies and granting a temporary shield to allies passing through the formation.
Movement: The legionary formation progresses slowly in a straight line, without deviating from its trajectory. The formation moves steadily forward for the duration of the ability (similar to Ymir’s wall, but moving).
Ally effect: Allies crossing the formation gain a shield that absorbs damage for 3 seconds.
Enemy Effect: Enemies hit by the formation receive moderate physical damage and are pushed slightly to the sides of the formation.

Base Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 (+60% of physical power)
Shield Health: 50/100/150/200/250
Duration: The training lasts 3 seconds or until it reaches its distance limit.

Cooldown: 14 seconds
Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80
2
Crucial Blow
Julius Caesar performs a series of powerful blows with his sword, aimed at an enemy or a group of enemies in front of him. These strikes can be sequential and are designed to accumulate damage if the same target is hit repeatedly.
Functionality: A series of quick sequential hits, similar to the 2 of Da Ji and 3 of Fenrir, which are performed automatically once activated, focusing on the selected initial target (if it is melee) or in the direction in which it was activated.

First Hit: 80/130/180/230/280 (+60% physical power)
Second Blow: 88/143/198/253/308 (+66% of physical power) +10%
Third Hit: 104/169/234/299/364 (+72% physical power) +25%

Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70
3
Triumphal March
Julius Caesar advances in a straight line to a selected direction, leading an unrelenting charge that deals damage and applies debilitations to enemies on its path. During this advance, his determination and leadership allow him to recover from the damage, and also heal his close allies. Motion: Procedural, similar to 1 of Geb. Julius Caesar moves in a straight line at constant speed, hitting all enemies on his path. It is not an instant movement, but a continuous displacement that reflects his triumphal march.
Enemies hit in the path take physical damage and are slowed by 20% for 2 seconds. Enemies directly in the center of the path are disarmed, preventing them from using basic attacks for Julius Caesar heals a percentage of his maximum health for each enemy hit during the march. This healing is applied instantly after hitting a enemy.
Nearby Allies: Allies within a 20-unit radius around Julius Caesar also receive healing. This ally healing is a reduced percentage of Julius Caesar’s maximum health.

Base Healing for Julius Caesar: 2%/3%/4%/5%/6% maximum health per enemy hit.
Base Healing for Nearby Allies: 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/3% of Julius Caesar’s maximum health per enemy hit.
Base damage: 70/120/170/220/270 (+50% physical power)
Slow: 20% for 2 seconds
Disarmament: 1 second for enemies in the middle of the path

Cooldown: 15 seconds
Cost of Mana: 65/70/75/80/85

4
The Senate Declares War
Julius Caesar summons a massive bombardment in a selected area, inflicting heavy damage in an area and weakening enemies. Enemies within the area suffer a "Weaken" that reduces their damage dealt and increases the damage they receive for 5 seconds.

Base Damage: 250/350/450/550/650 (+100% of physical power)
