It's hit and miss, depends if you want the gamble.

I think this is a bit small minded. A full Aura Ares pumps out a TON of damage, criples and the Ult does provide damage with or without beads. It's about the damage, not the pull. And with enough CDR you COULD hit every second Ult, but that's not the way you want to play Ares. Go Cooldownboots, 4 Auras and Rod of Tahuti and you will **** up an assassin with only chains and flames.

He's underestimated (in Arena)

I feel like people underestimate Arena Hades. If built bruiser. He can do about 1k damage with 2+3 when theirs a minion wave. He can Heal tons with each wave. And if your in a situation where your 1v1ing a carry/assassin. Head for a jungle camp or wave and bait them in for a 2+3 or 1+3. Instant 3/4 off their health. I might just make a Hades arena guide.
