BATTLE FROST



In summary:
  • Bellona
  • Hercules skin
  • Scylla skin
  • Ymir remodel
  • Single match god rentals have been removed
  • Bluestone - Disabled for purchase in Assault.
  • Hydra’s Lament & Hydra’s Star - Fixed both old and new passives being applied to targets. Ouch. (I cri every time, now the item is **** again)
  • The Crusher - Disabled for purchase in Joust.
  • Hou Yi: Divebomb - Hou Yi can now glide over player deployables.

Well, Hi-rez finally listened to the community: the 1st well dressed goddess since Chang'e.

•Bluestone - Disabled for purchase in Assault.
Why. There was finally an alternative to meditation and they take it out. What's the point of assault now? No stacking items and no bluestone... You could argue that mages didn't have a mana regen item, but they could've added one. -sigh-

Really, I enjoyed assault so much yesterday, with that item removing the need for meditation. I could finally get beads/heavenly/aegis as in every other normal game and now they've taken it out.

Bellona looks great, I mean she's one of the few goddesses in Smite, that I would ask out on a date ^_^

Assault is supposed to partially be about managing your mana. Bluestone Pendant made it very easy to ignore this key part of Assault.

The community was really vocal when they heard Bellona was being introduced in SMITE. I guess Hi-Rez listened up!

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
