I myself love using something that's not the meta but most of the time I don't as otherwise the team is toxic. One of teh reasons I like dota is for having no meta. And watching League of children because the ragers are fun there

The secret to not getting toxicity Devampi is to get good enough at the game that you still have a good score no matter what you build ;)

This is how I get away with doing jungle Bacchus and all movement speed Vamana. I just do that and then proceed to wreck the enemy team's ****.

I'm talking more about things you almost never see like Chaac mid or a hunter (with bad jungle clear) in the jungle. or a hunter as support (which is actually possible because all hunters have CC and well cupid has a heal making him able to support.) Or just take the "role" roaming which exist out of sapping exp out of solo and mid lane and getting most of your money from assist or kills. Or call duo lane with a mage and play AP (and then you need to share farm). these are things that can work but are very very experimental

things that people see as a guaranteed loss (oh and if you are going to do it in ranked and make vids about it then I'm going to give you a lot of likes)

If you're still having trouble, I did make a guide to making item builds that goes in depth to explain how each item is currently used in the meta and has sections for what the current meta is more or less for each role. Hope this all helps!

Likewise I've read your item guide and I find it as a useful point of reference (and I'm still a huge fan of your Sobek guide). Thank you for the input!!

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
