You know how I was suppose to buy a new computer, well the problem I faced was that to buy windows 7/8 it cost another $100 of bull ****.

So

I decided to go back on my old laptop I used to play on just to see the new gods. I quit using that laptop because the FPS was garbage like 14fps when playing arena, ect.

Yesterday I was playing arena and noticed my fps was mostly staying around 28-45ish mainly around 30ish.

My question, why the heck can I run smite better all of a sudden? I am not sure if Hi-Rez fixed something with the FPS or maybe its because tons of things got deleted from this computer or maybe its because the smite window is smaller and not full screen.

For example it says full screen but on the side are two black bars that make the screen a tad smaller, I am not sure if that's why I can run smite again now or not.

Anyways, yea I can play smite now, although not with the best FPS around 30 is still good enough for me to play until I get a better computer. Someone play with me now!

Oh and I noticed I had around 633 gems.... I don't recall having that many gems 5 months ago.

Weird o.o

But don't spend 100 bucks for Windows 8, definitely not worth it. And yeah, something I did to reduce lag which helped a lot is to make Smite into a smaller window. Didn't do as much as it helped you :l

Windows 8 is strait garbage..... lets put it this way, if you enjoy random *** windows popping up 24/7 just because you moved your mouse to the left or right then windows 8 is for you. If you do not enjoy troll pop ups when moving around the mouse then windows 8 is not for you.

The laptop my uncle has is windows 8, its annoying as hell and harder to find things, this laptop I am playing on is windows 8, it was annoying as hell until it got fixed.

My laptop that I don't play games on is windows 7 and its never annoying besides not being able to play smite.

Windows 8 is alright... I'm 50-50 on them, I've used Windows 7 longer though.

I don't have the problem of the popping up sidings because they only pop up in the corners and my mouse is almost none of the time there (and with gaming it doesn't show)
