As AO KUANG, can I just put a tornado on a tower and do damage to it?
As RA, can I just put a solar circle on a tower and do it damage?
Can AGNI's ultimate do damage to towers?

Any spells? All spells? Or only basic attacks?

Only spell (That I can think of) that effects towers is Loki's Decoy, it can take about 2 shots from the tower before it explodes, so you can use it to tower dive.

Guardians in domination are not towers and take damage from spells.

Vulcan's deployables also can be used to tank towers.
