So, I have come to a realization.

If one of the duo laners is incompetent, or simply not very good at their role. It's almost impossible to lane. If I am playing support, it doesn't matter how much I initiate, poke, peel, or anything for that matter. If the ADC isn't following up on it. Then it doesn't matter. I can't do enough to win the lane alone. The same works vice versa. If I am playing Adc. Nothing I do can be good enough if my support is just sitting there. If they aren't initiating, then I can't out push them, or secure kills. In 99.9% of cases, the lane is lost and the enemy ADC gets fed. Typically resulting in a really bad game for the whole team. Unfortunately this happens almost 98% of the time I ADC. The support literally almost never attacks. They sit and they let their Watcher's Gift do its job for their farm. They make me either get pooped on by the enemy supports CC, or sit in the tower and get severely underfarmed.

Moral of the story. Can everyone please just learn how to support? Please? I'm not even kidding. It would be so nice if everyone at least was alright at supporting. You are going to have to do it eventually and what is the point in practically throwing all those games. Like ****. I don't even like to ADC, or support thanks to the reliance on eachother. >.> And they are my two favorite roles.

Yeah, I hate playing duo lane. It makes you way too reliant on your team, and I don't really like that.

It's mostly on the support really. As long as the adc knows who their up against. They wont be stupid enough to go "Leeroy Jenkins" on them. And as long as they know how to follow up.

It doesn't matter if their main is mage and not adc. Every moba players knows how to follow up. And support is the master of set-ups

A pro support can carry duo lane no matter how bad the adc's aim is. As long as they know the above mentioned.

IMO support is the easiest role there is. Have map awareness, take account on skills that were already used (You and your teammates) and mobility (Be there when you can and needed), That's all there is to it.

Someday. SOMEDAY I will make a support guide. Someday...

Rule number 1 in all MOBAS: It is allway the others that are playing bad. I allways do good!

Really, no!

Ok, then let´s do some math:
If you are a better player, you will have a chance by 1 that you will get a bad teammate.
In the other team you have 2 against your lane, so you have a chance of 2 that you will get one bad enemie and a chance of 1 to even get 2 bad enemies.

Your chances to get bad enemies are a lot higher then you will get a bad mate (if you are the good player!). This will lead you to win more then 50% of the games, expect you are the bad one, then you allways have one bad in the lane and a chance by 1 that there are 2 bad in lane. This will lead you to loose more then 50% of the games.

Loosing more then winning is never only the fault of your mates!! In some specific gaes it might be, but not in the overall statistic over more games.

I never said I don't have over a 50% w/l ratio. Don't jump to conclusions now. xD

Duo lane is one of those posts that just doesn't work if there are newbie players, or players more interested in getting kills. I find, that if your playing the support role, try begin a beefy warriour, rather then a fall out tank. Just means that if you need to, you can be take some aggro and dish some damage. Or meet in the middle and play a Mage like Athena or just play arua build Ares.
