^^ I've been playing Hades lately, I really enjoy him because he is not like most of the other Guardians. I usually end the game with wreaking havoc in Kills.. I'm just wondering if he is actually "Viable" to later game competition, league etc. He seems great if you build for damage and a little bruiserish/defensive but I couldn't see him being great as a actual meat shield.

If you treat him like a bruiser-ish mage rather than a tank he can do pretty well. I wouldn't know about league though, I only play alot of casual. You seem to have the gist of what he's about, so I'm sure you *could* make it work though.

He doesn't have a hard CC besides a silence, which is what makes him low tier. He has an effective escape, an effective lane clear/push, but a weak initiation. Think about the high tier gods, like Sylvanus or Geb, and what they can do in terms of initiation and utility and you'll see why Hades is kind of meh by most standards.

On the other hand, he is a lot of fun to play and can easily kill a lot of other gods on his own. He's better for the (even more) arcade-y game modes, like Assault or Arena.
