I found out the problem with my 800 Gems!!!

Okay so almost a week ago my 800 gems did not get transferred in game and I figured out why.
I will have to contact Hi-Rez again since I now know what I did wrong.

Today I bought 800 gems but when I logged in to smite I noticed it ASKED ME FOR MY MASTERS ACCOUNT. I ALMOST MADE THE SAME MISTAKE AS LAST TIME!!!

So this time I got scared that if I log into my master account it would not transfer the gems.
So I went to my email and noticed that all the payments from before was sent to my smite account by the name of Davaour.

Then I noticed the 800 gems I did not get was sent to my account by the name of CloseQuarterKing.

So I thought wtf.

Then I realized that EVERY TIME I bought gems I NEVER had to log into a master account because it remembered my log in data.

There for I forgot all about my REAL account info and thought it was another account so I used my other account instead of the right one.

basically put gems on the wrong account and that account doesn't even have smite on it so I hope they can transfer gems over.

You know how you make so many accounts you forgot ONE of them you made?
Well I forgot this whole time that my real account I been playing on was different then the one I was always logging into the forums with, thats where it went wrong. Now I hope Hi-Rez does transfers or I'm fd.
