I have problems with the game, please help!

Not too long ago I brought a new ASUS Windows 8 computer with 2 1.70 gb RAM and a processor of 2.70 GHz. Since I brought that computer, Smite hasn't been working properly, for I can play in some way but I cant enjoy it.
I can download the game 32-bit having my computer at 64-bit,When I have downloaded everything. It takes very long to appear the front page to log in, and I can see the New God of the most recent patch notes. I can see how it moves but it stops sometimes and it moves again continuously as it was lagged. When I log in. I takes a bit long to get to the front page where to play and everything. When I get inside a match lobby, after I pick a God and the game is going to start. Then we you can see all the players Gods as cards with their mastery levels, That is all I get up to, for it stays there all the time and the coloured diamonds below the cards start switching on after a very long time. Sometimes after this. I get to start the game but of course my team has a much higher level as well as the enemy team than me and I stay in level one and it also gives me a lot of Lag. Other times it leads me straight to the log in page.

Please if you can help me in any way I would be grateful. I also ordered a new 2 gb memory RAM to see if its for that reason that happens. I changed computer because The last one was in a very bad condition and I never thought I Couldn't play with this new Computer.
