Hey there, another idea from Dac.

As toxic as this sounds, I think having debates on Skype would be cool. Debating about the newest gods/reworks/etc.

I think it would also IMPROVE the discussions that we usually have because we could cover more information in a shorter period of time, and I think it would be less heated/flamed (As backwards as this sound, we came to a conclusion regarding Curse Voice: that people are less toxic over voice chat)

Just a thought.

Totally get it, and there's no reason why they have to. They could simply listen in on it if they so choose. Or if you're worried about excluding people, I see nothing wrong with them putting suggestions in the text chat.

No offense to you but with how...volatile, certain members have become lately this feels like it'll be a short-lived thing.

But hey, more interaction between forum members is a good thing, and perhaps this will help settle a few things here and there.

People on curse are less of trolls because its hard to talk **** on curse when you have a squeaky 12 year old voice and are trying to sound tough...

Also they know, the threats they would get on curse are going to be different then "F you" in game chat...

I haven't had a game on curse yet where the squeakers talk ****.

I only had a game with a half squeaker but he barely talked, and didn't talk ****.

Most people on curse sound like they are 18+ years older, some sound like 16 or more but most sound like they are older.

Skype would not turn into a flame war at all.....

Because lets face it.... most people on Skype who actually talk **** would look like a 12 year old 100 pounder with a squeaky voice.. so I doubt they would talk ****...

And most people who use skype for that reason probably wouldn't be those people.

Just like people on Curse are mainly adults or older teens that are almost adults...

Squeakers tend not to show up in adult matters... or any matter where they reveal who they actually are in any way, its much easier for them to hide behind a computer, pretend to be able to beat up everyone on Earth and say they get alot of *****es...

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
