Well since Odin is on his way out, I figured I'd give him his props he deserved before we all say bye bye to him, I say bye bye because he will most likely stay with his new kit forever.

In all of my recent matches I have been playing with Odin I have been doing very well. In fact people seem to underestimate him absurdly causing their downfall. In about 90% of every game that I played Odin my team would say "Please not Odin".

But after we win the game my team mates say things like "Sorry I take that back you are good Odin" and sometimes I have had the other team say things like "Since when is Odin still good?".

Then of course you have the people that just say "He is still bad" or you have the other people that say "I just hate players that play Odin because they suck with him".

So without further to do I want to show you the match I just got done with playing as Odin. I would not lie to anyone by saying that I was not facing a bad team, I can usually tell if a player or team is very bad or not by how they play. So before I talk about the match, lets first just look at my last game with Odin and my recent matches.

Here is my last match I played, It was Conquest Hercules Vs Odin in Solo Lane, I was Odin.

So I think based on this I can at least have some creditable input?

Okay, first of all I want to say that I only went negative twice in all of those recent matches, as you can tell one was in conquest and that was probably me just doing bad that one match out of all those other matches. The other was a joust and to be honest Joust is pretty much **** in solo que so its not like it counts that much.

Now all the other games I basically either went positive or neutral. Why do I say this? Because I was literally not even being a try hard. Its not like I was trying to do good with Odin just to make this random thread, rather I just recently like playing Odin because I forgot about him. I made this thread to show that Odin is quite underrated and even though I'm not being a try hard with Odin, he still does pretty well.

For example.

As I have stated before, as Odin, it is hard to get kills, BUT and the big BUT is, Odin does ALOT for his team if you play him well, even if you do not get all the kills he pretty much will bring your team to victory and is a pain in the *** for the other team.

I stand by my statements, Odin is not garbage even how he is right now. Everyone is saying he is garbage because they can't play him well. I am not calling him the best or a top pick but he surely is not garbage. I have faced almost every lane you can think off thus far, I have faced OP Hercules in Solo. Most of those lanes Odin can win or at least have a fair fight, it is only a select few lanes that Odin has a problem in.

I still stand by, that Odin when not under farmed can almost 1v1 anyone and he wrecks team fights when farmed as well as everyone else in the match.

I still stand by what I been saying, its harder to play Odin thus players call him a whack pick because they are used to their team trapping them in ULTs, ect. I beg to differ on calling him a whack pick.

Almost every match I have had someone say "This mofo just won with Odin" as if he is some trash god. Surely he is not worst of the worst, he just takes time getting used too.

This is why I think Odin is strong

Jumps into a team fight and does AOE damage to almost every player, Odin, when he leaps makes massive noise and it almost distracts the enemy team to focus you, it almost literally forces them to focus you when you leap into their team to stat the fight.

Then you use your 3 and hit almost every enemy god which slows them and deals good damage, this further disrupts the enemy team and almost forces them to focus Odin taking the focus away from the carries and mages.

Now this is where Odin shines, this is why he gets the bad rep, most players do not use his Ult right, they either trap their team in his ult, or they simply trap to many gods in his ult and get himself killed.

Odin at this point, can destroy with his ult. He can separate the other team, block, ect with his ult. Better yet he can trap all 5 in his ult then jump out so he himself doesn't die and AO can use his ult on them all.

I am not saying I am the best Odin player ever, nor am I saying my recent games are amazing because I honestly didn't try to do good just because of this thread. I am just showing that Odin is not as bad as people keep saying and to prove it I made this thread.

Get at Odin son.

Someone argue with me on how Odin is a bad kid, because I have nothing better to do ATM.

Oh and FYI I actually probably do play Odin better than most players if I was to be a try hard with him. I'm not saying I'm da best Odin player nor do I go try hard every match with him, I am just saying if I was to play conquest with Odin and be a try hard I am almost 95% sure I will do well with him compared to someone else using Odin.

I just played 2 more matches after I made this thread, I went 3-0 after this and I just went 5-0 both games made them surrender because they felt Odin's strength. This game with this picture, I took both towers as ADC Odin me and Ares.

I'm starting to think I'm a bit too good with Odin XD yea yea, 5-0 doesn't look like much but on Odin it is, especially when you make them surrender because you damage everyone who wants beef wit Odin. Basically Odin makes anyone get destroyed by his team end of story.

I got destroyed by Odin today myself. So yeah. Odin is not that bad... in good hands.
