First off, you might want to be a little more discrete about your personal information.

Secondly, it clearly states HiRez SMITE has yet to accept the payment and is inquiring you to wait as they process it. Without a date I will just assume it's recent, and you misunderstood and panicked here.

So what do you do: Wait a couple of days. Nothing happens? Contact Hi-rez support trough www.smitegame.com

Have fun with your to-be-given gems.

What is ultimate pay exactly?

I don't know if its the same thing as I use when I buy things on smite.
I always use "ultimate Game Card" to buy things on smite

I'll keep in simple though just in case you never get your gems back
One day I bought 800 gems, I sent it to the wrong account had tons of proof that I bought the gems and showed the other account I sent them too on accident.

I made a support ticket and Hi-Rez ignored me, every since I have been pissed of because that is $20 that I lost to Hi-Rez and they can't even take the time to help me out after I gave them $160

What I am saying is, if it turns out you never get your gems don't feel bad I lost 800 that has yet to be returned.
