Some of u might not agree with this..

The idea is to have a community that encourages playing together in parties and clans. There shall be two kind of groups:

-Any player with level 30 and 12 mastery can join the community A.
-Any new player wanting to learn and become a better than casual player can join the community B.

The objectives:
-To increase the community base and 5v5 premade matchups.
-To develop close interaction amongst players and enhance forum usefulness. New players
learning from experienced in the game. And experienced players playing with each other.
-To report pitfalls in the game every now and then for hi-rez to work upon.

Will there be anything in place to stop a Level 30 user from joining Community B?

No but then level 30s r needed to guide new players..but no bullying or ugly words shall be thr..

Level is no guarantee to a player skill or quality, god mastery to a point is. even new players can play better than level 30s.

True, however what is stop a lvl 30 player, who is at least slightly competant, from using community B to only increase his/her mastery rank with a god, or to play against people they know haven't played as long so they can score a few wins or troll?

Those who play well and win deserve the fruits. I tell u an example: it took me more than 4-5 months to feel comfortable about playing in a conquest game . Just want new players in community B to be comfortable at play much more quickly in a competitive but friendly environment.
