I actually voted Athena for most in need of a nerf. She is just so ridiculous. o.O

Personally my opinion changes based on extensive research/who kicked my *** recently, and I put He Bo in cause dat damage.

Odin needs buffs bad.

I also said Tornadoes are ******** and Driving Strike deals too much damage.

And begged for the return of Guardian Guan Yu as he is far superior to Warrior Guan Yu.

For the overall I put in Mages needing nerfs.

Thanatos needing a nerf (remove slow immunity), Wukong needs a buff (add back knock-up on , hunters in general are very strong (maybe because of the tons of items with penetration, crit and attack speed, not to mention qin's).
As other suggestions, Arachne rework is mine not because I like her, but because I dislike her, especially that skilless ult, that projectile speed and its ability to go through walls are simply lame.

Haters gonna hate the spider queen, seriously her ult is only skillless in short-mid distance, long range it is SO EASY to miss, lets face it as well, she has no team fight presence. Arachne is one of my fave gods and unless my rose tinted glasses are askew i would rather like her to atleast keep her cocoon as it her most unique feature

Voted for Loki.

Becaue it needs only ONE guy in your team to make Loki uncounterable and in solo queue you usually got 2-4 of them in your team...

Loki is the cheapest and strongest assassin (epecially in Arena)

I do agree on the lack of teamfight presence, this is why a rework would do her good. Her passive and spiders are weak/useless mid/late game, the silence is kamikaze unless 1v1, her 3 is just... and her ult makes up for everything.
