Questions about Ao Kuang and Nu Wa

Hi guys, im new here..
I saw that Ao Kuang's Tornado have Maximum and Minimum damage, what does that mean?
Also, I read Nu Was will turn into her snake form, if her passive is activate, what does that do?

For Ao Kuang, it means the damage that will be done if the target stays it the tornado until it disperses. For Nu Wa, whenever she uses an ability it gives her a bonus effect such as a movement speed buff for her fog, an armor bonus for her soldiers, with her fire crystal her attacks deal damage in a 15ft. burst, and her pillars double the damage of her basic attacks. If you use all of her abilities before any of the bonus effects wear off they'll all refresh and she'll turn into snake form. Snake form is nothing but a visual indicator that Nu Wa has all her passives active. Hope that answers your question.

I've never played Ao out of fear I get attached to him and then gets a staggering nerf (I mean look at him, his damage is astronomical), so I can't answer your tornado question.

As for Nu Wa, I have experience with her. Her 'snake form' is simply aesthetic, letting you know all your elemental crystals are active. When you activate all your elemental crystals (using all of your abilities within a 10 second timeframe), all your passive crystals refresh and give you 10 additional seconds for each.
