So first of all. I have been dealing with a lot of people who dissconect at the very start of the game, or just rage quit and ruin the game for both sides.

How do you report someone? could someone post a screenshot showing how to report someone? and can you report someone after they leave the end game report screen?

is there any way to prevent people from being invincible to reports by quitting right the second the game ends?

You can report them no matter what they do. At the end of game screen there is a list with all players in the match, and each has 3 icons beside their name. The icon with the exclamation mark is the one you're looking for. Click it, pick reason for reporting and add a description if necessary. Hit send and you're done.

but when players leave the game, or are already disconnected they dissapear from the list on the right. and there are no buttons on that list...

What are you talking about......

AFTER THE MATCH ENDS there is buttons to report them ALWAYS.

Even if they leave the match it will still let your report them after the game next to their god picture. 3 icons click on one and figure it out this ain't rocket science!
