So I just downloaded the PTS for smite for the first time since I was pretty hyped for medusa. Managed to get past all the downloads and everything works fine... however there's one thing that's REALLY odd. Many of my recolor skins (more specifically the rare few I got with gems since they were only 50 at the time) went away as well as the skins I bought most recently. Additionally, it shows that I have 3700 gems, but that's probably the amount of gems I've accumulated in my entire time playing. Opening smite regularly everything is fine, all my skins are there and my gems are at 800. Anyone know why the PTS is all wonky like that? (Also am I free to spend 3700 gems for free?? :3 )

In order for you to play PTS without messing up your account, Hi-rez creates a clone of your account based on an older version of your account (if that makes any sense). So nothing you do will have any affect on your real account, however you also won't have access to things that you bought, because you didn't have them on the version that Hi-rez cloned.

They also give your cloned account a butt-load of free gems so you can try out the new skins and what not.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
