Recently it has come to my attention after the new patch, once SunWuKong switches form or once the time runs out and he switches back to his normal form from a animal, the game freezes and crashes. it has happened 4 games in a row with him and it is quite frustrating.

anyone got same problem?

I don't have the issue, and I play a lot of Wukong, so it's probably on your end.
Try contacting Hi-Rez with the issue. You could also try reinstalling Smite completely.

Probably your pc. One of mg irl friends smite client would crash because his pc shuttered out or whatever when old Kali used her ult.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
