As someone that plays pretty regularly solo queue, I thought it would be cool to have a topic for people to come in and post when they'll be online or available to play, what their preferred method of communication is, and game mode, then let people add them in-game to form groups. It's also a good way for us to all meet new people to play with and learn some things in the process.

Since it's pretty safe to assume everyone here probably plays on a fairly frequent basis, this would be a good way to orchestrate Smitefire matches and whatnot, too.

To start, as an example, and even if anyone feels like playing right now:

In-game name: Croue
Time available: Now - 2:00amish central time (US).

I can do teamspeak, vent, or skype.

On the off chance that this takes off, it could fill a role for the "looking for group" system Smite desperately needs.

Maybe just join a clan and whenever you see someone online try to op to party with them? It's more easy that way rather than just searching here.

BTW. Are you in our clan? I'm not entirely sure. :/

I'm in a clan with some friends that I play with, but a lot of the time they're not online at the times I am, or just don't play a lot.

The reason I started this is because there's no in-game "public" chat beyond being able to talk in clan chat, though. I wouldn't limit myself to play with only clanmates, because, imo, you can learn a lot from intermingling with as many people as possible, also. Solo queue with pubs is typically completely unorganized and with incredibly limited communication, so there's not a lot to learn there, on top of being lucky if you can carry them to a win most of the time.
