Hun-Pic-Tok: War god of 8000 stone knives (Assassin)

Passive: The Art of War: Every time Hun-Pic-Tok kills an enemy god, he gains a another knife, increasing his attack speed by 3%( max of 5 stacks)

Ability 1: Raining Knives: Hun-Pic-Tok leaps to his target location dealing 60/80/100/120/140(+15% physical damage) to all enemies. All enemies in a narrow path underneath him are hit by a barrage of knives that deal 80/110/140/170/200(+20% physical damage) to all enemies hit and slows them by 10% for 2 seconds.
Mana: 20/30/40/50/60
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Ability 2: Precision Cuts: Hun-Pic-Tok focuses in, and gains 10% crit chance and 3/6/9/12/15 penetrations for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds.
Mana: 70/80/90/100/110
Cooldown: 16 seconds

Ability 3: Knife Juggling: Hun-Pic-Tok juggles his knives and throws a bunch in a line in front of him dealing 70/100/130/160/190(+20% physical damage) to all minions passed through. The first enemy god hit takes the damage and is slowed by 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% and crippled for 2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8/3 seconds. This ability would be a hard to hit skill shot.
Mana: 40/55/70/85/100
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Ability 4: 8000 Knives: Hun-Pic-Tok surrounds himself with his 8000 knives for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. During this time, he begins to spin rapidly in a circle dealing damage to enemies just outside of melee range in an area around him. He will deal 25/35/45/55/65(+5% physical damage) to all enemies hit every half a second. This ability can apply on hit effects, and Hun-Pic-Tok is immune to a cc except for stuns.
Mana: 60/70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Seriously, probably one of your best works yet.
Perfectly balanced, cool concepts. Simple enough to be balanced but unique enough to be fun to play.
