Passive - Drowsy
Hypnos' autoattacks apply a 5% movement speed and attack speed slow. The debuff lasts 3 seconds each and stacks up to 3 times.

Ability 1 - Nightshock (Ground Target Circle)
Hypnos creates an area of hypnosis (circle about the size of Crush), that deals 80/100/120/140/160 (+40% phys damage) on arrival. Enemies are stunned for .5 seconds for each stack of Drowsy they have. Nightshock removes one stack of Drowsy.
Cooldown - 9 seconds
Cost - 70/80/90/100/110 mana

Ability 2 - Insomnia (Self Buff/AoE)
Hypnos passively gains 10% more movespeed and attack speed for each fully Drowsied god within a large radius (about the range of Arachne's hook in a circle around him).
Hypnos may activate this ability to detonate all stacks of Drowsy applied to enemy gods, dealing 80/130/160/190/210 (+50% phys damage).
Cooldown - 15 seconds
Cost - 100/120/140/160/180 mana

Ability 3 - Dreamstate (Mobility/Damage)
Hypnos fades away into a dreamstate, dashing towards target location similar to Hades' Death from Below. Enemies hit on the way are applied 2 stacks of Drowsy. At the end of the dash, Hypnos wakes up, dealing 60/100/140/180/220/260 (+30% physical power) in an AoE about the size of Conviction. Hypnos heals for 5% of his missing health for each Drowsied enemy god his with the AoE.
Cooldown - 11 seconds
Cost - 70/80/90/100/110 mana

Ultimate - Eternal Slumber (Global)
Hypnos turns the map to night, applying full stacks of Drowsy to all enemy gods on the map.
Cooldown - 30 seconds
No Mana Cost

Here you go. A bit of a different rendition of Hypnos. I know we just got Ullr, and he's a hunter, but I see Hypnos best fitting in this role.
