Okay, so here is my idea for the competition. Yay.

ULLR
THE BRIGHT ARCHER

Role: Carry
Tags: Physical, Ranged
Pros: High single target damage, high mobility
Cons: Low defense



Appearance:

A pretty young, blonde man. He wears an armor made of fur and cloth with some metal features. He wears a helmet made of metal with fur padding. He uses a magical bow and has a quiver filled with godlike arrows on his back. And, of course, he wears a pair of skis. All of his equipment, as well as his eyes, glow with a magical, yellow light.

Basic Animations:

When moving he has an animation similar to Ne Zha�s, as he is skiing. He always has an arrow ready on the bowstring. When attacking, he quickly fires an arrow and places a new one on the bowstring. When idle he�ll aim with his bow and try out his skis. When recalling he�ll ski around in a ring, faster and faster until teleporting to base in a beam of light.

Mana: 230 (+39)
Speed: 355
Range: 55
Attack Speed: 1 (+0,01)
Magical Power: 0
Physical Power: 35 (+2)
Magical Protection: 30 (+1)
Physical Protection: 12 (+3)
Health Regen: 6 (+0,64)
Mana Regen: 4 (+0,35)



ABILITIES



Passive: Bright Arrows

Ullr�s basic attacks apply a stack of Bright Arrows to the target for a duration. The debuff itself has no effect, but If Ullr attacks a target that has 4 stacks active, all stacks are consumed and the target takes additional damage as well as giving Ullr a movement speed buff.

Bonus damage: 25 (+15% of physical power)
Bonus Movement Speed: 8%
Debuff Duration: 6 seconds (can be reset upon attack)
Buff Duration: 4 seconds
Max Buff Stacks: 1

Appearance:

Debuffed enemies have a bright orb orbiting around them, with a maximum of 4. When Ullr attacks a fully debuffed target, a small explosion of light erupts from the enemy and bright particles quickly travel from the enemy to Ullr, giving him the movement speed boost.

First ability: Heavenly Arrow

Ullr shoots out arrow in a line that hits a single enemy. The arrow does your regular basic attack damage and applies on hit-effects (critical strike, lifesteal, Hydra�s) e.t.c.). The arrow travels further than your basic attack and has a larger hit box, as well as resetting your attack animation. Does not hit towers and does not go through walls.

Mana cost: 20/25/30/35/40
Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds

Appearance:

Ullr shoots a really bright arrow that is bigger than his normal basic attacks. That�s pretty much it.

Second ability: Sky Hunter

Ullr gains movement speed and is able to move through units, as well as gaining a slowing effect to his basic attacks and Heavenly Arrow.

Bonus movement speed: 10/15/20/25/30%
Slow: 5%
Max debuff stacks: 3
Debuff duration: 3
Buff duration: 6 seconds
Mana cost: 40/45/50/55/60
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Appearance:

Ullr shines with a bright, yellow/white glow for the duration, and his basic attack and Heavenly Arrow leave a yellow/white trail behind them.

Third Ability: Lightfall

Ullr targets a location and makes a beam of light strike down from the sky 0,8 second later, doing physical damage and reducing the physical protection of enemies hit.

Damage: 95/165/235/305/375 (+55% of physical power)
Physical protection reduction: 25
Debuff duration: 4 seconds
Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Apperance:

A small ray of light appears at the targeted location. After 0,8 seconds a big beam of light strikes down, doing the damage and applying the protection debuff (think of Invoker�s Sunstrike from DotA 2). Enemies with the debuff shines slightly.

Ultimate: Skystrike

Ullr flies up into the air on his skies, becoming untargetable. While in the air he can choose a location to shoot a huge arrow that will explode, doing physical damage, root and cripple enemies hit. Ullr will end his flight early if he shoots an arrow.

Damage: 120/155/190/225/260 (+ 80% physical power)
Root and cripple duration: 2,5/3/3,5/4/4,5

Appearance:

Ullr flies up into the air, like Freya. When he shoots his arrow, he basically shoots a huge ray of bright energy at the targeted location (note that the shot has a 1,5 second channel time). Enemies rooted are bound to the ground with light energy.
