What would be the correct build for Vamana in Arena game? Should I go full tank? Pure damage? Or semi tank damage?

I'd say that it depends a lot on if your team needs a tank or not to initiate with. Just don't build him pure damage as you'll otherwise die very quickly like any other god if the enemy hits you with a CC. Do keep in mind though that Vamana has nothing but a knock up and a slow as for CC, so building him purely tanky would probably not be the best choice either. At least grab 1 or 2 damage items if you go tanky.
