Today stress is a big health problem and almost everybody is facing the stress and depression in this era.
Some good techniques to deal with the stress are:
Do proper exercise in daily routine,
Do yoga daily,
Do meditation at least 3 times a week,
Eat healthy and nutritious foods,
Participate in some sports and fun activities,
Listen your favorite music.

some good techniques is called the pot technique, 3 hits and your done no time require 20 seconds is all you need.
