Hello,

I was recently in an arena game and it completely crashed to the homescreen without warning. It has been about 2 hours since it happened, and I have been unable to join any public queues. When I click "Join Queue", it highlights, but never actually puts me in queue.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

P.S., I have already tried to go into a BOT game and come back out. It didn't work.

try going to the diagnostic tool and validate id that doesnt fix it try to restart the service from the diagnostic tool.
