Masamune and Runic Shield can be flipped to allow better defense if facing a magical power enemy. Runic Shield is essential for later game, but it also gives Achilles a giant leap on any magical power gods due to it increasing his power, giving him magical protections, increasing his health and lowering enemy magical power when Achilles is close to them. This item at this point in the game allows Achilles to get extremely aggressive towards magical power gods.

Teleport Glyph needs to be upgraded by this point in the game. Having Chalice of the Oracle gives a lot of freedom of maneuver to Achilles, who is already fast in this build, to defend teammates, split push quicker and secure ganks.

Hide of the Urchin is crucial at this point in the game due to the lower amount of protections in the other items. Selling the blessing for this maintains the high power in the build plus it allows Achilles to gain a larger health pool by continuing to stay aggressive and gaining stacks on Hide allowing him to stay up on enemy tanks while remaining to continue to deal massive damage. To make up for no HP5 items in the late game grab Berserker's Shield by selling Ninja Tabii, remember to grab Elixir of Speed at this time, to help stay in the fight while also not lowering attack speed dramatically by grabbing a lifesteal item.

Grabbing skills in this order does seem a bit uneducated, but by allowing the Shield of Achilles to rank up quickly like this makes for some very intense burst smacks with Radiant Glory active. A lot of other players like to rank up his Combat Dodge early, this ability even ranked up does not do a lot of damage and ranking it up does not give Achilles a longer dodge so it is not useful as an offensive ability. This way of ranking up skills has the Combat Dodge mainly act as it was intended to be a dodge to keep Achilles from dying or a way of catching up to fleeing enemies. By doing Radiant Glory second you are gaining higher protections and giving that shield extra hard hits on the burst of dropping his kit on enemies. Lastly, Fatal Strike should never be used without being in threshold so putting points into it before the final four levels is completely pointless.

Also doesen't seem like there is great understanding of Achilles' kit when you picked up Ninja Tabi.
