Noice. Ok. Quick explanation on how I'd play the afro queen.
Level the 3 and the 1 at the same time. Focus the 2nd last. And the ult whenever you can. Find someone who you wanna heal early.
Use the 3 to kill minions and god's. Use the 1 to tether to someone. And once your tethered. use it as often as you can to stun people. Not only does it stun them. It increases your partner's damage.
Use your 2 if someone melee is harassing you. As it knocks them away
Ok. Now items
Shoes are the starter to most builds. They increase your move speed and damage.
Then rod of Asclepius. Gauntlet of Thebes. And lotus crown all augment your healing. Rod makes it heal others more. Gauntlet makes it heal you more. And crown makes allies have increased protections and damage resistance while you heal them.
Chronus pendant makes your cooldowns shorter
And obsidian shard. Helps you bypass the enemies protection and damage resistance
Gauntlet and crown also increase your protectios and health making you a little bit tankier
