There is a lot here for a start, I know, but there is different options. The beads or Aegis are more for who you are fighting early game. If you are fighting someone with impactful CC (Example: Hades Ult) then you would want to go with beads, but if you are fighting someone with a hard hitting single ability (Example: Herc or Ra) then you want to go with Aegis. I say that this is early game because late game you will have a good bit of protections and you can tank that CC and single damage hard hits, which means if you aren't gunna have a huge problem with that early game, you can go with Shield of thorns. The Barons brew is always a good pick if you have a Baron on the team, but that doesn't happen often. If that's the case go with 2 healing potions and 1 mana. The leather cowl is mostly for the base stats, having lifesteal, a tiny bit of attack speed and movement speed early on is good for Ama. The round shield will lead into berserkers shield. If your opponent is a magical type, start with the Enchanted Kusari and lead that into Shogun's Kusari. Then do the same order of the full build and swap Shogun's and Berserkers.
These items are build in the order I have them displayed. The shoguns isn't for the solo lane 1v1, but it is build so late in the game that it applies to team fights in late, it gives protections as well as gives you even more attack speed and also provides a buff for the carry and jungle. Typically, you would want to build Frostbound Hammer to keep them in place while you whittle their health down. If they have a ridiculous amount of protections or if their support builds for protection buffs (Heartward, Sovereignty, or Gauntlet) then you would want to build Dominance for the Penetration.
Tap each threat level to view Amaterasu’s threats
Artemis is very good at keeping distance when she's played in solo lane, her ult and her roots are not very nice to Ama, especially when Ama needs to be up in the opponents face to be effective. The best thing you can do is go with Beads early game, Utilize your silence in correlation to Artemis's kit, and try to use the CC immunity of your ult, but that is difficult to do.

This is the same threat level as Artimis for the same reasons, except you have to be weary of Neiths backflip and root. She can create distance in which she can keep you at bay while she deals damage. To counter this you can use your dash to silence when you go into the fight, rather than using it to get out of fights. If you do this then your escape will be down, which makes you commit to the fight, and also you have to be more careful of jungle ganks. I don't think that this is a matchup that needs Beads, you can safely go with Shield of Thorns, just use your kit well.

Bellona can be an issue early game, but avoid her Ult and keep the consistent basic attacks in her face and you'll out heal the damage that she's doing. Her disarm can be an issue for just a second, especially if the fight is close. Play your cards well and a Bellona is a good matchup.

Start with small shield and shield of thorns. Use thorns when he gets enraged and dives into the fight, then use your abilities accordingly and bonk him with your bonk stick (sword) and you'll crush him.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
