Build Summary

Sustain Early

Notes There is a lot here for a start, I know, but there is different options. The beads or Aegis are more for who you are fighting early game. If you are fighting someone with impactful CC (Example: Hades Ult) then you would want to go with beads, but if you are fighting someone with a hard hitting single ability (Example: Herc or Ra) then you want to go with Aegis. I say that this is early game because late game you will have a good bit of protections and you can tank that CC and single damage hard hits, which means if you aren't gunna have a huge problem with that early game, you can go with Shield of thorns. The Barons brew is always a good pick if you have a Baron on the team, but that doesn't happen often. If that's the case go with 2 healing potions and 1 mana. The leather cowl is mostly for the base stats, having lifesteal, a tiny bit of attack speed and movement speed early on is good for Ama. The round shield will lead into berserkers shield. If your opponent is a magical type, start with the Enchanted Kusari and lead that into Shogun's Kusari. Then do the same order of the full build and swap Shogun's and Berserkers.

Full Build

Notes These items are build in the order I have them displayed. The shoguns isn't for the solo lane 1v1, but it is build so late in the game that it applies to team fights in late, it gives protections as well as gives you even more attack speed and also provides a buff for the carry and jungle. Typically, you would want to build Frostbound Hammer to keep them in place while you whittle their health down. If they have a ridiculous amount of protections or if their support builds for protection buffs (Heartward, Sovereignty, or Gauntlet) then you would want to build Dominance for the Penetration.
