Go 3 health potions and 2 multi-potions. Go beads or aegis as your relic.
This a fantastic shredder build that does excellent damage to both tanks and squishies. It has good mana sustain throughout the entire game thanks to Death's Toll at the start and then the mana and MP5 from Dominance. You won't have to worry about how many abilities you are using except at the start a little bit. The life steal from Devourer's Gauntlet will help give you more confidence and keep you in the fight for longer. You will have a 2.11 attack speed which will leave some room for attack speed buffs. The total penetration you get from this build is nuts. Your autos will hit a full 325 protection tank as if they had only 150 protection after all the Executioner's debuff stacks. Your autos will hit a 100 protection squishy as if they had only 29 protections. Odysseus' Bow is a great item to have to because you will be able to deal some area damage to surrounding gods instead of dealing only single target damage. Executioner and Anhur's passive is a great source of physical protection reduction. You will reduce 28% + 20 physical protections of the gods you auto which will allow your team's physical damage gods to do even more damage to the god you are hitting. All of this penetration will allow Qin's Sais and Odysseus' Bow to do even more damage. This build is gonna be rough for you in the early game if you can't land autos that well because the attack speed doesn't come in until the fourth item. If you think you need the attack speed more, then go Qin's Sais before Dominance.
If you need anti-heal bad enough, go Toxic Blade instead of Odysseus' Bow. If there isn't a high damage, one shot ability on the enemy team that they can hit you with, you may want to go shell instead of aegis so that way you can still attack while shielded. Only get shell if you comfortable with not having aegis.
