Guardian Blessing is a must in Arena. Blink Rune is ideal for getting into backlines while still having your 1 up to escape.

Aegis Amulet
Ao Kuangs biggest issue in Arena is not damage but surviablity and reliance on his 1 and Ult. Those first 4 items will be enough Damage to kill, trust me, and will give you solid CDR.
The last 2 ive found are needed to get kills late game as CC and Slows will be the death of you late game trying to jump into the enemies for a kill.

Magi's Cloak
Winged Blade
Spear of Desolation
Elixir of Speed
If you feel you dont need Winged Blade and Magi Cloak, give these a try instead.
