If you need more healing you should definitely buy Bancroft's Talon.
If your enemy has a lot of healing then you should chose Divine Ruin.
If you want more damage pick Shaman's Ring (this should be pick earlier though because of the stacking) or Rod of Tahuti.
Gem of Isolation takes you into a more utility build because of the slowness that will allow your allies to deal damage to your target. (combined with the buff your 1 gives and with the magical penetration you'll get a lot of damage potential).

Aphrodite blows a kiss to an allied god, making them her soul mate and giving them both increased movement speed. If it hits an ally, it has a reduced 1s cooldown. If the kiss hits an enemy god, they are Damaged, Stunned and Aphrodite's soul mate gets jealous, increasing their damage. Also, Aphrodite's soul mate gains 50% of her MP5 and 10% of her Physical and Magical Protections.

If Aphrodite has a soul mate, an explosion originates on them in addition, dealing the same damage as well as slowing enemies.

If an enemy would be hit by both blasts, they will only be affected by the one originating from Aphrodite.

Some Tips

In my opinion if you pair Aphrodite (using this build) with a magical adc such as Freya, Sol, Chronos or Olorun you can get the maximum out of this build. This will have an even bigger effect if you pick Gem of Isolation and Void Stone as your 2 final items.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
