For some reason I gotta put a 2000 character description. So here's what I'd do
Start match and buy as many levels of ichavil as soon as you can. Like before your boots and use the remaining gold to buy as many levels of the ninja tabi as you can
The next time you come to the fountain. Finish the boots. Then grab ASI. This is a really good item. Cuz when you get below 25% health. Every time you hit someone it heals you. It very gud
Ok. Then qin sais should be built on every single basic attacks bud ever. As they increase your basic attack strength based on your physical power.
Wind demon and death bringer increase your crit chance. Wind demon makes you increase your attack speed when you get a crit. And death bringer increases your crit damage. So with this build you should be hitting fast. And as hard as a truck.
Now relics are like items you can use as abilities. These are much of a muchness. I'd grab purification beads. Or aegis. Beads stop crowd control. And aegis makes you invincible for a couple seconds. But you can't attack. Use these to escape and survive

You know what im going to say. Add the executioner. Decide if you want to focus on crit or high attack speed qins build.
Example Build: warrior tabi, devourer's gauntlet, odysseus' bow, the executioner, qin's sais, titan's bane/bloodforge.
OR: devourers, ninja tabi, rage, the executioner, deathbringer, titan's bane (or bloodforge).
Sell boots for speed elixir and asi for both builds.
