Notes you could skip on the hand of the gods to save 100 gold but the time saved and mana saved is enough to justify it in my opinion

standard set up

Notes this is in my eyes the ideal Arthur builds the bluestone broach gives far more damage than should be allowed. the warrior tabi gives some much-needed early power. the stone of Gaia makes you extremely difficult to kill and can help to mitigate some of the cc that counters Arthur. the gladiator's shield gives physical protections that are important for solo lain as well as spiking the damage from your abilities. the Heartseeker makes your damage go from high to ludicrously high as now you are also dealing precedential damage as well as a major power increase. and finally, the mantle of discord to further boost the damage from the glad shield as well as increasing your overall tanky ness and severely decreasing the effects of cc against you.

King Arthur's Skill Order Notes getting twin cleave as your stating ability helps with clearing camps and gives you mobility but you want to max overhead slash first for the damage and range as well as stoping enemy escape abilities. battle stomp is mostly used as a way to switch between standard and combo ability so focusing on it isn't ideal but don't ignore using it in a fight.

Extended Build

the combo to stay winning

assuming you have your energy full the best order to chain your ability is overhead cleave, into uppercut, into twincleave, straight into blade storm, into Excaliburs wrath into battlestomp, into hamstring, and then to loop this combo as often as possible skipping Excaliburs wrath or placing it into the combo where needed as you may not have this ability available when you want it depending on how well you hit your shots.
