Either you finish Divine Ruin right away or you get Pythagorem first and then Divine Ruin if you don't need anti-heal yet. Always get Divine Ruin anyway, so much healing/lifesteal in the current meta, too strong.
Sell Boots for Spear of Desolation
Beads first almost all the times. Aegis or Frenzy second relic. Frenzy + ult combo = Objective steal, successful team fights, etc.
This is the build I came with after playing her several games and found out I believe it might be the best build for her right now.
First I tried the Bancroft tier2 start. Bancroft is obviously good for boxing potential but it puts you in dire situations for it to actually work. I found out that Pythagorem's was better (70 Magical Power instead of 100 Power + Bancroft's passive but you get 24% Magical Lifesteal at all time and your allies get buff too, and it cost 200 less gold). So it actually makes a smoother curve and earlier power spike.
But I also thought about the Chrono's Pendant tier2 start. Because I found out that cooldown reduction is really good on her obviously. I tend to avoid being too dependent on cooldown reduction though, has it is much more difficult than before to build it (more expensive, less choice, etc).
And I was obviously thinking about her passive. Her passive makes her stack items faster. But it is not that significant to be honest (more about that later).
So, to benefit from her passive and wanting more cooldown without actually having place for Chrono's Pendant in the build, I came to the conclusion that Mage's Blessing was the way to go. After Shoes of Focus, you either get Pythagorem's or Divine Ruin and mid-game you already have 30% cooldown reduction, anti-heal, a decent amount of magical penetration, power, very good sustain with 24% lifesteal and mp5 and, on top of that, buffs for your allies from Pythagorem's passive. It does makes a difference in teamfights mid-game.
Rod of Tahuti and Staff of Myrddin are the heavy artillery. They make sure you have enough magical power late-game to make you secure kills, objectives and serve your role as the high damage mage of the team.
Then comes an interesting idea. Charon's Coin late-game. Because of Baba Yaga passive, you can actually stack Charon's Coin really fast. You just get in your cabin a few times when you got enough Essence purple stuff and boom +2 stacks. It makes it a good option for late-game without having to worry about stacking it. At least, it makes it viable I believe. And it's a really good magical penetration item option.
And last, you sell Boots for Spear of Desolation. I was thinking about Chrono's Pendant here but you can get max cooldown reduction with red pot late-game (if you get there) and it's more power, max magical % pen, a decent passive.

And also she is a bad min laner right now. I think she is more of a solo laner.
